Absolutely, everyone needs to show valid ID before stepping inside to keep our vibes safe and secure. Look under 18? Be ready to show proof of age at any time. We operate under a Challenge 21 policy, and while you’re not required to let us scan your ID with Scannet, management reserves the right to refuse entry based on ID concerns.
We accept a UK photo card driving licence, a valid passport, or a PASS card with the PASS hologram. Following local guidelines, any false ID will be confiscated and passed to the authorities.

All tickets and packages are non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances, our customer services team may issue refunds at the management’s discretion.
